OUR LEADERSHIP

Both Holly and myself (Brandon) grew up in strong Christian homes all our lives with strong parents and mentors leading us in our Christian faith. We both had very different dreams and goals for our lives when they were compared to what God had in store for us. I went to The Baptist College of Florida and graduated with a BA in History Education. Holly went to school to be a licensed Cosmetologist and graduated Chipola College with an AA and AS in Business Management. I was a teacher and she was a hair stylist, not exactly your traditional church planter professions. We met while in college and married during my senior year. We became very involved at our church (Altha First Baptist) with teaching Sunday school, serving in VBS, leading a college age Bible study, and going on mission trips here in the states.

After being married for only a few short months God opened my heart to doing full-time ministry. Through time with mentors and certain key individuals in my life I could clearly see that this is what God was calling us to do. Then in June 2015, God called us to be church planters through the North American Mission Board (NAMB) in Salt Lake City, UT. For the next two years we lived and served in Salt Lake striving to build God’s kingdom there. Fast forward to May 2017 almost exactly two years after we left, God called our now family of four back to North Florida to plant a church here in Crestview.
